Harold Brown has worked in the telecommunications industry for 40 years having held both technical and management positions with Pacific Bell, AT&T and Applied Data Systems. With these positions came responsibilities ranging from cabling residential structures to managing the communications infrastructure for large corporations such as Kaiser Hospitals, US Leasing, Raychem Corp., Ampex Corp., and more.

Steve Brown was raised in the cabling world. For years he spent his summers helping his father pull cable for a variety of clients. After receiving his Bachelor's of Arts in Communication from Lincoln College in Lincoln, Illinois, Steve returned home to learn the business side of Sterling. Today, Steve serves as the Vice President of Field Services and has worked for a number of respected clients, customizing a variety cabling, data and audio/visual projects to suit their needs.
